We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top-notch sales professionals across various levels, including Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Sales Leaders. As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting the best talent to drive our company's growth. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in recruiting for sales positions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the sales industry and the qualities that make successful sales professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively assess candidates' qualifications and potential.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each sales position and develop a targeted recruitment strategy.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, conducting background checks, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future staffing needs.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, universities, and industry associations to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.
